Looks like Wii owners will have something other than “The Bigs” to play this fall. But if you haven’t played The Bigs, check it out, it is a great game.

And it’s all online using xbox live! Head on over to www.2ksports.com to get all the details. I’m assuming this is similar to the online tournaments that best buy holds for new games. You would register yourself on a website (2k sports or gamestop, not sure) and then the website will match you up with another person to play, you play the game on xbox live and then go back to the website and record your scores. Don’t hold me to this because I’m not sure if that’s how it will work or not, I’m only assuming. But if you are a fan of this game make sure you get in on this and let us know how you finish.

Looks like Wii owners are out of luck when it comes to having an MLB game for now. MLB2k7 will not be released on the Wii, only the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. However The Bigs is currently released on all 3 systems (Wii, PS3, X360). While The Bigs is a cool game, it’s not really a baseball simulation game like the MLB series. Looks like Wii owners will have to wait until next year to get their fix of real baseball.
